My office is located in the Professional Towers in St. Matthews at 4010 Dupont Circle, Suite 228, Louisville, KY 40207. I practice with Partners in Mental Health Services, a group of independently licensed professionals dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness in our community. I also provide therapy services via telehealth to clients across Kentucky.

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform with both audio and video. Sessions require a device with a stable internet connection and a private space without interruptions. Headphones are encouraged for added privacy and sound quality.

Sessions usually last 45–55 minutes depending on your needs. They are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly. We’ll discuss session frequency during your first session and adjust as needed.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of therapy that helps people process difficult or traumatic memories.
